Susana Morais

SUSANA Morais (susmorais@hotmail.com) holds a PhD in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), a Masters degree also in Communication Sciences by the Universidade da Beira Interior (Portugal) and a degree in Journalism from the Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal). She worked as journalist and editorial coordinator in cultural institutions, as well as in the field of corporate communications. Her research interests include media representations; ethics and responsibility of the media; mediation and human rights; mediation and solidarity. Susana currently  collaborates in research projects on the media representation of issues related to inequality and poverty.
